Bushenyi - A civil servant who resigned from his teaching post to participate in the elections has petitioned President Museveni for reinstatement. In a letter which The Razor accessed, Elly Rukira Ahabwe, a former teacher at Ruyonza School in Bushenyi district said that the law that forces civil servants to resign their jobs 90 days before they are nominated is too harsh and exhibits selfishness.
