Koome Islands - Residents of Kakunyu village in Katosi , Ntenjeru sub county in Mukono municipality woke up to shock yesterday, after learning that a 3-year old girl, Sonia Nabuguzi had been defiled and later strangled to death by a man only identified as Nswanjere.
Nabuguzi, a daughter of Joseph Katumba and Annet Namukwaya of Kakunyu village was last seen alive on Friday April 29, when her mother left her home at around 8pm to go and buy eggs for her supper.
