KIBOGA - The implementation of resolutions made by the outgoing district council and executive committee in the last five months has been suspended. According to the Minister of Local Government Adolf Mwesige, the resolutions agreed upon since the outgoing Kiboga LCV chairperson Sirajje Kizito Nkugwa and some members of the district executive lost in the February elections, were unlawful.
