Police have arrested a thug who locked the children of the former Prime Minister of Busoga inside the house and set it on fire. The four children of Daniel Batwa the former Prime Minister of Busoga, were locked inside their father’s house by a thug who pretended to be a visitor and after tortured them and later setting the house on fire.
The injured who were so unconscious after being rescued by Police have been identified as Nelson Batwa 27, Caroline Babirye 25,
