Rotary International has nominated Quality Chemicals Industries Uganda Ltd Chief Executive Officer Emmanuel Katongole as their new Governor for the year 2013-2014. Katongole who has been the Assistant Governor and is a past President of the Rotary Club of Muyenga- the largest Rotary Club in Africa was elected at the Rotarians gathering in Commonwealth Speke Resort Munyonyo last month.
