Kabale - The Kabale District Union of Persons with Disabilities is to prosecute parents who use disabled children to beg. According to the Union chairperson Hebert Katungi, the parents use most of the money begged to buy alcohol. Katungi said this after a training session organized recently for 20 disabled persons in Kabale Municipality as a means of equipping them in the business skills.
