Poor reading culture undermines district

Hoima - A poor reading culture is limiting people from accessing public libraries in the district. Hoima district is home to Hoima, Buhimba, Kitoba, Kabwoya and Kigorobya five community libraries but all of them register between three and nine readers a day.
