Power cuts suffocate Kalerwe, Bwaise traders

Bwaise, Kalerwe and Wandegeya traders say they are being driven out of business by constant and unexpected electricity outages. Even those small businesses that can afford generators to power their operations have complained of the high cost of fuel now at Shs3530 per litre of petrol and Shs3200 per litre of diesel.
