KYANKWANZI - With a few months to the end of the current financial year, the district council has been forced to revise its 2010/2011 budget failure to raise Shs9.3bn. According to Wilson Konde, the Kyankwanzi district secretary for finance, they only managed to raise Shs7.15bn from both central government and locally-generated funding.
And, with a shortfall of Shs2.15bn, on Tuesday Konde asked the councillors to halt or postpone some activities planned for this financial
