Rugby polls outcome challenged

As the Uganda Rugby Union (URU) was still nursing wounds sustained during its general elections - where mudslinging, accusations and counter-accusations were the centre of attraction - a new saga, which could possibly lead to the nullification of the exercise, has cropped up.
