Business gets more say in EAC

The East African Business Council (EABC) and the East African Community Secretariat have agreed on framework for regular consultation that will see the private sector play a greater role in East African Community integration process. Throughout the process of formulating policies towards regional integration the EABC, the private sector arm of the community, only became involved at the bottom end of the negotiations.
