National Water and Sewerage Corporation (NWSC) yesterday signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Standard Chartered Bank to kick start an electronic water payment system. The signing, held at the banks head office, comes at time when NWSC is phasing out its cash collection and contracting commercial banks to do the job.
