Mbiko, Njeru farmers to get free HIV training and counseling

With an HIV prevalence of 13.3 percent which is twice the national average of 6.4 per cent, Nile breweries home towns, Njeru and Mbiko are red light districts that sit along the Kampala-Jinja highway on the Northern corridor and have thousands of deaths to their name because of the HIV scourge.

It is because of this track record that Uganda`s leading beer brewer Nile breweries last week launched a Shs 15 million door to door Voluntary Counseling and Testing (VCT)
