SOROTI - A contracting firm has been blacklisted after its officials took off with Shs60m part payment, meant for construction of a health facility.
According to the Soroti Chief Administrative Officer Charles Okello, the money is part of Shs195m that was supposed to be paid to Oduk Construction Company for the construction works.
However, Okello, who was addressing councillors at the Soroti Council Chambers on june 27, over the budgetary allocation, said the money
