MUKONO - Slapdash changes in one’s religion can have lasting traumatising effects, mostly if carried out without following the right procedures, a former district Speaker has learnt. As a result there was drama during a council meeting convened recently to reelect the Mukono district
speaker, when the Nakisunga sub-county councilor ‘Mubarak’ Ssekikubo Mubiru broke down in tears he was asked to re-take his oath while holding a Bible.
