Kabale - A police sniffer dog has ‘smoked out’ a businessman who allegedly damaged an Irish potato garden.
Kabale district police commander Charles Ssebambulidde said Asiimwe Mugarura, the proprietor of Asimuga Electrical Suppliers and Contractors and a resident of Kirwa cell Nyabikoni ward, was arrested after allegedly destroying an acre of Irish potatoes belonging to Abel Mugenyi.
