A man has been remanded to Luzira prison for jumping bail. Court presided over by Grade 1 Magistrate Peko Lokeri last Tuesday heard that Dan Mugula, a resident of Busega Kabale and a defence witness was already a wanted man for failure to appear in court for his own case. Mugula who had appeared in Muwanga II Court on July 19, as a key witness in a civil case was apprehended immediately by court police, charged and remanded to Luzira prison again.
