Two children of an army veteran and another one of his neighbour have been poisoned, and one of them died on the spot.
The poisoned children have been identified as Shamilah Nakito 3, Sharitah Nakawooya, 7 months and Stecia, 4, their neighbour. Nakito died on the spot while Nakawooya and one Stecia were rushed to Mulago Hospital in critical condition.
