Karamoja - Police in Amudat are holding the town council Naads coordinator Milton Losiyakepu for stealing public funds.
Losiyakepu was dragged to police by the Amudat Resident District Commissioner Steven Nsubuga Bewayo, after a rowdy group of area residents stormed the RDC’s home claiming that the coordinator forged their names and signatures withdraw money from their sub county NAADs account.
According to Bewayo, there is enough evidence to prosecute Losiyakepu.
