The Nakawa-Naguru Estates eviction that was due to be effected on July 1 has hit a snag because police has failed to deploy. The Razor has reliably learnt that President Museveni has ordered an expeditious probe following reports that a senior police official is asking for Shs60 million before he can deploy his men.
