Government is set to fork-out over Shs70billion in compensation to pave way for the construction of the Kampala Entebbe Express Highway.
The Razor has learnt that hundreds of residents along the 37km road stretch will be displaced, and scores of structures along the route that stretches from Busega to Entebbe will be erased.
