Shock and grief yesterday filled Naguru housing estate as heavily armed police officers supervised the demolition of some of the 60-year-old dilapidated buildings.
Loud cries from mothers, fathers and children, some as young as two months old, filled
the air as the graders rolled in around 10.30am yesterday.
Leading the graders, along with a contingent of armed riot policemen and a convoy of police trucks, was Kampala Metropolitan Police Commander
