Govt to vendors: Form SACCOs and get cash

The government can only help market vendors across the country through SACCOs, the presidential adviser on markets has revealed.
Kayongo Nkajji said that during the election campaigns, President Museveni realised that most market vendors needed capital to develop their businesses and decided to help them; but this will be possible only if they cooperate and form groups.
