Hoima - The National Drug Authority has closed down 12 illegal private clinics and arrested a government health official for selling government drugs in his private clinic. The suspect was identified as Henry Mugisa, a nursing assistant at Kyabasengya Health Centre III in Kitoba Sub County, Hoima district.
