Spring International Hotel Ltd has dragged MTN Uganda to the commercial division of the High Court, seeking compensation of Shs6.5 billion for alleged trespass. The hotel claims that the leading telephone operator in the country, acting without its consent, constructed a pylon/mast on its land, plot 1-5 Kilembe Road in Kasese town.
Through its lawyers, Murungi, Kairu & Co Advocates the hotel contends that the telecommunication company has stubbornly occupied the said piece of land for 10
