Jets’ money should be given to Karamoja-CSOs

As the battle over government’s proposed controversial acquisition of fighter jets rages on, Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) in Karamoja have joined the fray, bashing the proposal that will cost Uganda a mind boggling Shs1.7 trillion.
