Laughing out loudly at EC’s Kiggundu

Allow me to add my voice to other Ugandans’ by reacting to an article which appeared in your paper under the title;
‘Politicians warned off ballot papers’. First of all, it’s foolhardy for anyone to think that Eng- BadruKiggundu would look on as the Electoral Commission gets tarnished on a daily basis for its complete failure to organise a free and fair general
election in February.
