Gulu - Despite receiving Shs5m from president Yoweri Museveni, relatives of Charles Odur, one of the two people shot dead by security officers during the walk-to-work standoff last Thursday, want to be compensated by government. At the burial of Odur on Saturday, April 16 Justin Ochan, a brother, said his sibling left a widow and four children, all of who need support. “Money cannot buy life but something should be given to us to cater for the children,’’ Ochan said
