Student drags Makerere University to court

Makerere University has been sued over failure to release a student’s academic transcript. Jane Khaisa also wants an order from court directing that she graduates. Khaisa says that she was admitted as a student of social sciences in 2002. That in 2004 while sitting for an exam in gender studies at the end of her second year, an invigilator approached her and accused her of cheating.
