A new captain, a new approach... That was the order of the day in World Cricket League division two in Dubai yesterday as Uganda came back from the nearly dead to defeat Bermuda, against whom they have had a good run in recent seasons. Things went well from the start when new captain Davis Arinaitwe Kasharani, replacing the axed Akbar Baig, won the toss and decided to bat. After their 50 overs Uganda were 249 for 7, a total over three times more than they had managed against arch-enemy Namibia
