National U-21 football team The Hippos’ efforts to get a slot in the London 2012 Olympic qualifiers were shattered on Sunday after their 2-4 post-match penalty kicks loss to Congo-Brazzaville. The Ugandans, who took a slender 1-0 advantage to Brazzaville, needed a draw to advance but instead fell to 0-1 to settle for the kicks, where Joseph Ochaya and Hakim Senkumba scored for Frank ‘Video’ Anyau’s side. Saddam Juma and Kizito Luwaga failed to beat James Ekoko.
