Opposition Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) President Dr Kizza Besigye was in what police described yesterday as ‘a preventive’ move, placed under house arrest.
Besigye was blocked by security personnel as he drove through a dusty path from his home that joins the Gayaza main road. According to his aide, Besigye was driving to work in Najjanankumbi, FDC party headquarters.
