The Uganda Blood Transmission Secretariat has denied allegations that it lucks blood. While addressing the media at Nakasero Blood Bank on Wednesday, the secretariat’s director, Dorothy Kyeyune denied allegations that the blood bank is short of 190,000 blood units as reported by the media on Tuesday.
