Children deserve to be guided

It is not and has never been the intention of police to hurt innocent people. Police only intervene where necessary though it is unfortunate that in many cases, unsuspecting people passing by or watching get caught up or end up hurt. The police is governed by laws which range from provisions of International treaties and conventions, national laws and some International legal instruments bindingas well as persuasive and standard settings.
