Mukono - Police in Seeta on, May 21 arrested a couple for allegedly abandoning their two and half year old baby. Steven Kasozi, 29, and Aminah Namuganzi, 18, both residents of Nabusugwe village in Goma Sub County were arrested for neglecting Andrew Musisi. According to neighbours, Musisi’s parents, both casual labourers at a stone quarry at Nabusugwe and who also have two other children aged three years and five months, always locked him in the house as they went to work.
