FORT PORTAL - The Regional Police Commander Western Wilson Kwanya has issued a stern warning against mob justice, saying it is illegal and has claimed many lives of Ugandans. Kwanya’s warning comes in the wake of increased murder cases and destruction of property as a result of mob justice, with the most recent incident involving an 80-year old man and his 31-year old son.
