Gulu - District authorities have threatened to sue an Ethiopian firm, Npnuematic Enterprises Uganda Ltd, for breach of contract.
In January 2011, Gulu district contracted the company to drill 12 boreholes in Awach, Palaro, Paicho, and Patiko sub counties at Shs 300m.
According to Alex Otim, the Gulu district works technical secretary, the project was supposed to end after three months.
He also said they want Npnuematic Enterprises to compensate the district. However,
