Arua - The police have arrested more than 75 suspected criminals, who were rounded up from discotheques, video halls and bars after midnight on Monday. The District Police Commander Edson Muganzi, confirmed to The Razor that of those arrested, 30 were students aged between 13 and 20 years, suspected of wasting money given to them as school fees.
