Makerere Business School sued

A student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration has sued Makerere Business School (MUBS) for failing to release his results. Paul Mutumbo Wepukhulu is seeking an interim order stopping MUBS and Makerere University from continuing to with hold his results and bar him from studying. He contends that the respondents, out of bias, withheld his results and have now proceeded to stop the applicant from sitting his exams due to commence this week in a side course he is pursuing
