Police are overwhelmed and have launched investigations following the indiscriminate killing of four people in just under 24 hours. Joseph Byamukama, a resident of Kasokero village in Kabende parish Hakibale Sub County met his death recently when an irate mob armed with machetes and clubs beat him to death accusing him of stealing a goat. Earlier, one Sunday, a resident of Ntebi village in Kijura town council was murdered by four of his colleagues
