Museveni drop the blame game

I read President Yoweri Museveni’s address to media houses in one of the dailies and I couldn’t help but wonder when our president will ever stand up to challenges and bear responsibility for some of the mistakes made during his regime. Every time he is cornered with burning issues of concern that need urgent redress from a head of state, he always concentrates on passing the buck to someone else.
