Panic in House as armed man runs Besigye video

Drama ensued in Parliament yesterday when several Members of parliament attempted to arrest a stranger who illegally entered the chambers purportedly to prove to MPs in a video footage how according to government, FDC president Dr. Kizza Besigye sprayed a police officer with a pepper spray.
