Jinja - The elections for councillors representing People with Disabilities on local councils in the district have been cancelled after a candidate in Buwenge town discovered pre-ticked ballot papers. According to the Jinja District Returning Officer Flavia Natukunda Mujulizi, a date for new elections will be announced.
