Arua - The Medical Superintendent at the referral hospital Dr Bernard Odu is in hot soup after police recovered counterfeit notes of Shs2m, in Shs50, 000 denominations.
According to Josephine Angucia, the police public relations officer for West Nile Dr Odu reportedly used some of the money to buy food from a local hotel in a village.
