Arua - A meeting convened to reconcile the MP-Elect for Ayivu constituency Bernard Atiku and the Resident District Commissioner Maj (rtd) Ibrahim Abiriga, flopped.
The saga follows accusations by Atiku that Abiriga hired 100 ruffians commonly known as Kanyamas from all the sub counties in Ayivu to block opposition MPs elected to parliament from attending their swearing in later this month.
