State House has intervened in the Naguru land saga where a commissioner in the Ministry of Lands and some army generals are at loggerheads, The Razor has established. A highly placed source attached to the lands Division Department in State House revealed that the probe follows a petition by Henry Mubiru, who wrote to the President claiming to be the rightful owner of the land located on Plot 9 Naguru Hill Drive.
