KYANKWANZI - The woman who lost her toes after her brother in law, a UPDF veteran cut them off, has vowed to sue police and other security agencies for failure to arrest her tormentor. 33-year-old Ruth Nakanjako of Nswazitakoma village , Byerima parish of Butemba sub County in Kyankwanzi district was allegedly attacked by Nduman Muwada after a disagreement over land fuelled by her husband, Samson Shirakera.
