Uganda is the second worst country after Burundi to do business in East Africa, according to the Africa Competitiveness Report 2010-2011.
The report released yesterday at the World Economic Forum in Pretoria, South Africa, shows that East Africa’s third largest economy slipped 6 places to number 118, down from 108th position in the 2009-2010 rankings.
