Holders National Insurance Corporation of Uganda successfully retained their East African netball title after edging out JKT by 50-42 goals in the final played at the Gymkhana on Wednesday. The tense and nerve-jangling final saw both teams start the match with aggression as the opening quarter ended 12-12.
