Karamoja - A Uganda peoples Defence Forces (UPDF) soldier has been accused of killing a businessman he mistook for a smuggler.
In a statement, the UPDF Division 3 spokesperson Capt. Deo Akiiki said on Thursday, May 5, that Sergeant Dwellito Nakalio attached to the Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) security enforcement department shot and killed 20-year old Gerald Namisi while on patrol along the Uganda-Kenya.
